MY SKILL AND EXPERTISE



We study to be able to learn. To develop our skills and to sharpen our knowledge. In every activities we performed we become much better. As a student we need to be competitive inside and outside the school.This will lead us to have a better future someday. We must be unique among all so that we have the advantage to other applicants if we apply job in the future.

Like this Seminar and Workshop about table napkin folding and table skirting I can say that,I gained more knowledge about this activity. It developed and enhanced my skills and ability on how to perform well about table napkin folding and table skirting.




Applying the knowledge based on what I have learned is the best way by molding my skills and ability. Through this I become much better and more competitive.
We need also to develop our self confidence in order for us to be successful in life. We must have trust and believe in our self. Personality and development builds me a lot to become more confident in life. 




If we build confidence in our self it is easy for us to become more competitive. This photos taken during My National carrier assessment competency or (NC 11) in bartending and wine steward.


This are the four kinds of drinks I made. The Pre dinner drink(gin tonic), after dinner drink (black Russian), mock tail drink (Shirley temple), and frozen drink (creamy creamsicle).


Another shown photos is the proper way of serving the guest. It was taken during our Food and beverage service. As a Hotel and Restaurant
Management  student, We must need to practice and familiarize those basic steps on how to serve the guest so that someday if we are assign as waiter or waitresses, We can easily cope up.

Not just only practicing on how to serve the guest but mostly important is to know how to cook because as we know this is the field we choose, it is all about cooking, promoting products, entertaining and serving the guest.


so that during our Asian and western cuisine we cooked our own signature dish, and this is my signature dish.



besides from that, We need also to be proficient and efficient in the field we have.We must be flexible to all the tasks assigned to us .This photo my task was I am a front desk. We performed this activity during our housekeeping.

We entertained the guest asking if he has already his reservation. We accommodate our guest so that his stay in our hotel would be memorable and unforgettable for him. We assisted him and give him of what he needs.

And most especially we must bear in our mind that in order for us to survive and stay longer in the industry, We need to be friendly to all the people surround us most specially to our co-associates. And we must put always our feet below the ground.
